| Making A Purchase Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use PayPal as our payment service provider. The website is set-up to allow orders from UK based customers. If you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom please contact us first and we will help you to complete your purchase. Official orders from local authorities, health authorities and schools are accepted. Please email or fax your order on headed paper to us. We offer 30 days credit for official orders and request payments by cheque or bank transfer. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule Please allow 2 days for order processing. We ship all purchases using courier service or Royal Mail. In the UK goods will normally be delivered the next working day to business addresses and withing three days to residential addresses. In the rest of Europe and North America purchases will normally be delivered within four working days depending on the courier service standard agreed. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way please contact us immediately. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply return the goods in their original packaging for a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs already incurred. If, through no fault of our own or the shipping company, we are unable to deliver goods or we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund your purchase less the cost of delivery (both outward and return). Breakages or damaged goods should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt and returned at the earliest opportunity. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
