Dream-Mouse is a new development that enables two individuals to share equal access to a PC at the same time.

Plug Dream-Mouse directly into a USB port and Windows will automatically recognise it and install it on your computer. Dream-Mouse works with Windows 98, 2000, ME and XP.

Dream-Mouse uses head movements (or other body movements) to give the user full control over games, e-mail, documents or access to the internet.

Four external switches can be plugged into Dream-Mouse and each can be programmed to perform specific functions such as 'enter', 'open', 'save', 'print' etc. All conventional switches fitted with standard 3.5 mm jack plugs, can be connected directly into the Dream-Mouse control box.

Dream-Mouse allows two users to work together, at the same time, on the same document, database, presentation or game. Simultaneous dual access creates the possibility for new teaching and learning experiences, teamwork and cooperation. If one user controls the PC using Dream-Mouse, the co-worker would, for example, use a normal mouse or adapted tracker-ball pointer.

Dual access will benefit individuals, teams or groups that wish to work together, on the same PC, such as a parent and child or teacher and pupil.

Three Dream-Mouse combinations are available. The first uses head movements (Cap-Mouse) the second is thumb, or finger controlled (Mini-Mouse joystick) the third is a hand-held controller (Pistol-Mouse).

Cap-Mouse

Cap-Mouse uses motion sensors activated by head movements to position a PC cursor. Cap-Mouse is based on similar technology we designed for the Dream-Racer and Dream-Gamer products. Anyone driving a Dream-Racer car or playing a game on the Sony PlayStation with Dream-Gamer will be able to use Cap-Mouse to send e-mail, access the internet, play games on a PC.

Cap-Mouse and Joystick-To-Mouse software work together to give the user full control over a PC.

Mini-Mouse

Mini-Mouse is a small hand-held mouse based on a PC mini-joystick. When controlled by Joystick-To-Mouse software the user has full control over the position of the curser on the PC screen.

Mini-Mouse joystick can be held in either hand and is controlled through finger or thumb pressure on the joystick button.

The Joystick-To-Mouse software can be programmed to control the speed of the cursor on the screen to suit individual users.

Pistol-Mouse

Pistol-Mouse is a large hand-held mouse. When controlled by Joystick-To-Mouse software the user has full control over the position of the curser on the PC screen.

Pistol-Mouse can be held in either hand. The cursor on the PC screen is controlled by wrist movements left, right, up or down. If required, Pistol-Mouse can be made heavier to suit individual preference.

Joystick-To-Mouse software can be programmed to control the speed of the cursor on the screen to suit individual users.

Dream-Mouse control box

This is the control box into which Cap-Mouse, Mini-Mouse joystick and Pistol-Mouse connect.

Up to four external switches can also be connected through the standard 3.5 mm jack sockets mounted on the control box. When connected, each switch can be programmed to perform a specific software task such as "enter", "file open", "print" etc. All software control is managed in the Joystick-To-Mouse programme supplied with all Dream-Mouse units.

Dream-Wand can be connected directly into the Dream-Mouse control box to provide four external switches in a single hand held unit.

Connecting the control box to the PC is easy: simply plug it into a free USB socket on the PC and Dream-Mouse will be recognised by all recent versions of MS Windows.
